Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return Email us at info@merchgoneviral.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2-4 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately!
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
