Lost or Stolen Packages Policy


Responsibility After Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped and the carrier tracking status shows it as “Delivered”, our responsibility for the package ends. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that occur after delivery to the address provided at checkout.


Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a secure and accurate delivery address. We highly recommend including any special delivery instructions, buzzer codes, or access details in the dedicated instructions box at checkout. Failure to provide accurate or complete delivery instructions may result in delivery issues, for which we cannot be held liable.


Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages:

If a package is reported as lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, customers must take the following steps:

1. File an investigation with the shipping carrier.

2. Report the incident to local authorities or police, if necessary.


Our team may provide guidance, but we do not issue refunds or reship orders in cases where packages are marked as delivered. Any claims for lost or stolen packages are the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the carrier and/or local authorities.

Providing delivery instructions in the checkout instructions box is mandatory to help avoid delivery issues.

We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided at checkout.
